ATTENTION: THE RIDE HAS BEEN INDEFINITELY POSTPONED DUE TO THE COVID-19 SITUATION
We’ve been told this has been tentatively postponed till Sep 2020… however, this is most likely to change based on the situation. We’ll keep you updated.
As with Veghel 2019, when we rode over to Veghel in the Netherlands to visit our Dutch & Belgian VRodder brothers, this year we’re doing something very similar once again.
We’re riding to meet them celebrate their 6th year in Utrecht (Netherlands).
The plan is for groups from various places across the UK to meet up on the 24.Apr.2020 at various agreed places and ride to either Hull (for folks from the North) or Harwich (for folks from the South). Since last year we encountered insane weather with freezing rain, hail and snow when we rode to Veghel, this time we’re going to take a ferry across to Hook Of Holland or Rotterdam. When we get off the ferry next morning, we meet-up at a McDonalds and ride on to Amsterdam.
We spend the day & night messing around in Amsterdam – what happens in Amsterdam, stays in Amsterdam!
Next morning, we will meet up with the rest of the riders who would have taken the ferry in to Europe on the 25.Apr.2020 instead. We’ll have breakfast together with the entire UK group and then ride into the Utrecht event venue together. The idea is to spend the whole day at the site venue with our Dutch brothers and have some fun. Hopefully the weather will play along with us this year and we’ll get to have an amazing ride – WITH all the riders!
